Kuhn honored for Justice League of Food

A West Des Moines business owner was named 2020 Philanthropist of the Year by the Iowa Restaurant Association for his efforts in establishing a food kitchen and the nonprofit Justice League of Food.
Nick Kuhn, owner of The Hall in West Des Moines’ Valley Junction, had no intention of starting a nonprofit. He only wanted to build a kitchen to provide meals for the community and offer skills for at-risk youth.
