AGCO-Amity JV, LLC (AAJV), the company that markets the well-known brand names of Concord, Wil-Rich and Wishek, announced it has been acquired by Väderstad AB.
 
Kubota Tractor Corporation announced today it has sold its three millionth unit in the United States. The L3901 tractor was sold by Kubota dealership Kenansville Equipment Company in Kenansville, North Carolina, to customer Mike Trombly, both of whom were recognized recently by Kubota executives in a special ceremony.

Nutrien Ltd. The Department of Justice announced today that it will require Zen-Noh Grain Corp. (ZGC) to divest nine grain elevators in nine geographic areas located in five states along the Mississippi River and its tributaries in order to proceed with its proposed $300 million acquisition of 35 operating and 13 idled grain elevators from Bunge North America Inc.
 
POET finalized discussions with Flint Hills Resources to acquire the entirety of Flint Hills' biofuels and ingredients businesses. The acquisition includes six bioprocessing facilities located in Iowa and Nebraska and two terminals in Texas and Georgia. POET, headquartered in Sioux Falls, S.D., will now operate 33 bioprocessing facilities across eight states with a combined annual capacity of 3 billion gallons.
